Lee serves the World Orphans staff as Strategic Partnership Coordinator. In this role, Lee develops strategic partnerships for the purpose of both advocating for the care of orphans and vulnerable children through the local church and fundraising in order to come alongside those families caring for children. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Clemson University and completed post-graduate seminary work at the Institute for Biblical Studies at Southwestern Baptist Seminary. She was on staff for Campus Crusade for Christ for four years. Later, she and her husband served with Friends for Jesus for one year, where they worked at an orphanage in India and planted churches. She was a public school teacher for two years after college and then spent 24 years home educating her children.
With World Orphans, Lee has traveled to Guatemala and Haiti. She and her husband, Mark, have been married for 29 years and have eight children ranging in ages from 14 to 28. Lee loves history, reading, cooking, water sports, board games, and teaching.
