Job Title: Domestic Church Partnership Director
Reports To: Senior Director of Global Church Partnerships

Salary/Benefits: Support raised position, salary commensurate to level of education and experience

Serve with World Orphans by equipping, inspiring, and mobilizing the church to care for orphans and vulnerable children within Church Partnership and church partnership trips, while developing and implementing a strategy to partner US churches, businesses and individuals with World Orphans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Agree and live in accordance to the World Orphans Statement of Faith.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex principles and model strategy in a way that engages listeners.
Strong aptitude for building and developing relationship with individuals in ministry, business, students, and volunteers.
High capacity leader that is self-directed but works well on teams.
Ability to be creative in messaging, marketing, and program development to appeal to a variety of stakeholders through special events, social networks, and traditional media outlets.
Possess strong organizational and management skills with focused ability to be detail-oriented.
Excel in project management, time management, and task management as it relates to specific trips.
Maintain a fully equipped home office.
Proficient in online task management, including ability to navigate Google Drive, database systems, Asana, and MS Office programs.
Connecting US churches, businesses, and individuals to the ministry of World Orphans. An essential part of the World Orphans ministry is developing long-term partnerships that strengthen the lives of churches, orphans, communities, and those who give, go, and serve.
Manage existing Church Partnerships.
Assist in the details of mobilizing church partnership trips.
Promote, recruit, and assist in developing new Church Partnerships throughout churches in your region and network.
Working with World Orphans partners to promote long-term development.
Shepherd church partnerships in equipping, inspiring and mobilizing the church to care for orphans and vulnerable children.
Collaborate with the Director of Wholistic Care in developing family empowerment programs for mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual care.
Collaborate with International Church Partnership Director and international staff on effective ways to implement economic empowerment programs.
Collaborate with the Director of Mobilization and the US Church Representative to plan and coordinate short-term mission trips with the STM Standards of Excellence, including managing pre-trip, on-field, and post-trip details and discipleship.
Participate in Church Partnership Department team meetings.
Able to communicate the World Orphans Christian ethos and demonstrate a quality of spiritual leadership that is an example to others.
Attend and participate in a local church body, preferably in a teaching or leadership capacity.
