Abandoned by her family, Sarah finds love at Bejing Training Center

Sarah grew up in a rural area of China. Both of her parents were farmers, but 10 years go, they fell into debt. Sarah’s father abandoned the family shortly after.

Sarah’s mother divorced her husband, but died in a car accident when Sarah was only 5 years old.

She still has a grandmother, grandfather and an uncle on her mother’s side, but they are unwilling to take over her care. Her relatives spend their spare time fighting over Sarah’s parents home and they only visit her during the holidays.

But Sarah is not alone. At the World Orphans partner training center in Beijing, Sarah is learning skills for the future. Sarah studies hard in school and loves to sing and dance in her free time.

At the training center, Sarah has a new home, a new family and hope for future.

Thousands of children like Sarah are receiving help from our partner churches in 14 different countries. But without the support of our generous donors, these projects could not survive.

This holiday season, World Orphans needs 300 individuals or families who will commit to giving $33 a month to help children like Sarah and others that you will learn about during these 33 days. Will you help World Orphans give the gift of hope to these children?

As a way of thanking you for your support we’ll send you a free gift. (More details.)
